Matt Sarver grew up in Oregon and Florida and relocated to Charlotte, NC in 2003. Charlotte has proven to be a great balance of his home roots! In 2005, Matt joined Keller Williams Realty in the Lake Norman area. Matt's goal was to align himself with the #1 largest Real Estate franchise whose agent training, technology, and reputation are highly regarded across the globe.

In 2013, Matt founded The Sarver Group and also met his wife, Britt, that same year. Britt, who is originally from Michigan, worked in the financial investment industry for many years, then earned her real estate license in 2016. Together, they successfully run a team of agents and administrative staff whose goal is to continuously support their clients while giving back to their community.
 
In 2025, The Sarver Group served over 180 families with a closed volume of over $130 million. Since 2005, Matt and The Sarver Group have served over 1,600 families with a total volume sales of over $734 million. Together, Matt and Britt are professional, service-oriented, and strive for excellence in all that they do in representing buyers and sellers to meet their Real Estate needs.
